These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FORGE, a fitness training application ("the App") operated by Luca Lusoli ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the App.
1. Description of Service
FORGE is a fitness training application that provides:
- Training programme creation and tracking
- Exercise logging and progress monitoring
- AI-generated training programmes (FORGE+ subscribers)
- Rest timers and session management
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the App.
4.2 Subscription Plans
- FORGE (£9.99/month): Full access to the training OS, unlimited manual programme building
- FORGE+ (£39.99/month): All FORGE features plus AI-generated programmes
4.3 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly
- Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
- No refunds for partial months
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use automated systems to access the App
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Share your account credentials with others
6. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
Important — read carefully
The App provides general fitness information and training suggestions. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Consult your doctor before starting any exercise programme, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions
- You exercise at your own risk — we are not liable for any injuries sustained while following programmes in the App
- Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during exercise
- AI-generated programmes are based on information you provide and general training principles; they do not account for individual medical conditions
By using the App, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks and you assume full responsibility for your health and safety.
7. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy or reproduce any part of the App
- Use our trademarks without written permission
- Create derivative works based on the App
8. User Content
Any data you enter into the App (training logs, notes, etc.) remains yours. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data to provide the service.
We will not sell your personal training data to third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App ceases immediately
- We may delete your account data after 30 days
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
